A training workshop in the field of institutional and organizational work, organized by the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the capital secretariat, concluded today in Sanaa.
The two-day workshop aimed to raise the capabilities of the unit’s employees in administrative work according to tasks and specializations, and to develop their skills in planning, organizing, and preparing reports.
At the conclusion, which was attended by the Undersecretary for Agricultural Affairs, Muhammad Saree, the Executive Director of the Unit, Engineer Abdul-Malik Al-Ansi, stressed the necessity of paying attention to institutional building, reforming the organizational structure, and qualifying and selecting good and efficient cadres.
He urged following up on the workshop’s outcomes, crystallizing them, and developing solutions, treatments, and future plans to ensure the development of the unit’s work and the completion of agricultural projects in the capital secretariat.
