While the head of the festival’s preparatory committee - responsible for the agricultural sector in the capital secretariat, Engineer Muhammad Hajar, confirmed that the festival constitutes a real opportunity to develop the agricultural sector, by spreading the culture of the Yemeni product and promoting it, in a way that enhances its global competitiveness... calling for broad participation from various parties and media professionals to support the festival and introduce the local product as part of the national identity.

This year's festival will be devoted to introducing pomegranates, grapes, apples and dates, as they are among the most prominent crops in Yemen with high marketing value, by holding various activities that include exhibitions of agricultural products, scientific workshops and seminars, in addition to cultural and entertainment activities for visitors to the exhibition.
