In a step that reflects the government’s keenness to develop administrative performance and enhance the effectiveness of work in the financing units, an official receipt and handover process took place today, Monday, between the director-designate, Abdullah Ahmed Hammoud Sharaf Al-Din, who was appointed as executive director of the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit, and his predecessor, Abdul-Malik Sharif Al-Ansi.
In a step that reflects the government’s keenness to develop administrative performance and enhance the principle of transparency and smooth transition aimed at advancing work in the government sector, an official receipt and handover process took place today, Monday, between the director-designate, Abdullah Ahmed Hamoud Sharaf Al-Din, who was appointed as Executive Director of the Unit for Financing Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives, and his predecessor, Abdul-Malik Sharif Al-Ansi.
This came in accordance with Assignment Resolution No. 11 of 1447 AH issued under the signature of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Administration, and based on Administrative Order No. 6 of 1447 AH in which a specialized committee was assigned to conduct the process of handing over tasks in an organized and accurate manner, and all legal and administrative procedures were completed according to the specified time frames.
In the presence of the Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat for Agricultural Affairs, Muhammad Saree, and the unit’s employees, the committee entrusted to it began the inventory and inventory procedures for all documents and files related to the unit, ensuring the smooth transfer of tasks and responsibilities.
Following the end of the handover procedures, the assigned unit manager held a meeting with the employees, where the upcoming business plan and the progress of work in the administrative offices and existing projects were discussed.
He stressed the importance of collective cooperation to achieve the desired goals, and to work in a team spirit to ensure the success of agricultural and fisheries projects and initiatives that contribute to improving the living conditions of citizens.
He also urged intensifying efforts to achieve the unit's strategic goals, to enhance production capabilities and develop agricultural and fishery projects in a way that serves sustainable development in the capital secretariat.
