A training course for female development pioneers in the field of development work was concluded in the Revolution Directorate in the capital secretariat, organized by local councils, the Bonyan Development Foundation and the Bonyan Academy for Training and Qualification, within the volunteer support program.
Over a period of 14 days, the course aimed to provide 23 trainees with the basics of volunteer work and self-development, community initiatives, development resources, and cultural development.
The course included several intensive specialized awareness sessions and workshops in various development fields, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of participants in voluntary field development work, and providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute greatly to sustainable local development.
The secretariat’s coordinator, Ghadeer Muhannad, touched on previous models of female pioneers and their tangible impact on field work, stressing the importance of exploiting and harnessing all available resources to achieve significant progress and advance development work.
She called on women development pioneers to pay more attention to the advancement of society, to be keen on raising awareness to activate the role of women and to mobilize all energies in field work.
While speeches by the development pioneers, Ataqa Al-Ariqi, Dhikra Al-Wajeeh, and Iman Ahmed, explained that this batch combines science and training, with the aim of achieving sustainable development in all areas that society needs by mobilizing its energies and capabilities to exploit the available resources.
In conclusion, the trainees were honored with certificates of appreciation.
