Today, the Tahrir Directorate in the Capital Secretariat announced the Sawa’id Al-Tahrir Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society.
In the founding meeting, which was organized by the association’s preparatory committee with the support of the local authority in the capital secretariat, represented by the Agricultural Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit, and in coordination with the Bonyan Development Foundation and the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the secretariat, the draft statute of the association was approved, and the administrative body and the oversight and inspection committee were elected.
During the announcement, the Director of the Directorate, Naji Al-Shayani, and the Mobilization Officer, Engineer Abdul Latif Al-Wali, stressed the importance of establishing the association and the pivotal role it will play in the field of cooperative work, serving the people of society, and advancing the areas of development in the Directorate.
They pointed out the importance of activating the role of development partners and knights in all neighborhoods and neighborhoods in coordination with the directorate, in a way that contributes to achieving the desired goals. They praised the support of the local authority, the financing unit, and the Bonyan Foundation, for the efforts to establish the Tahrir Cooperative Society.
While the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Moaz Al-Mahdi, and the Director of the Cooperatives Department in the Social Affairs Office of the Secretariat, Daris Al-Khayati, reviewed the efforts made in drafting the bylaws and completing the procedures for announcing the association.
The announcement was attended by the Directors of the Works Office in the Secretariat, Engineer Abdul Salam Al-Jaradi, the Initiatives Officer Rashid Mufaddal, the Associations Department of the Social Affairs Office, Nabil Rajeh, the Program Coordinator of the Capital Secretariat at the Bonyan Foundation, Abdul Hafeez Al-Hosn, and members of the Administrative Board of the Tahrir Directorate.
